To install a preset, simply open the .sd3p file in either the standalone Superior Drummer 3 application or the Superior Drummer 3 plugin within your DAW.

You can do this by clicking File > Open and selecting the .sd3p file from your file browser.

Once opened, you can save this as a new preset for easy access by opening the presets menu in the top right hand corner of the UI and clicking “save as”.

Logic Instrument patches can be installed by copying the .patch file into the following location:

user/Music/AudioMusicApps/Patches/Instrument
